First year IT Induction Program

Description of the Activity : The First Year Induction Program was organized to warmly welcome the newly admitted first-year students and help them become familiar with the college, the Information Technology Department, faculty members, student associations, facilities, academic opportunities, and the overall learning environment. The program was designed to make the transition into engineering education comfortable, interactive, and meaningful. The induction activities provided students with an opportunity to interact with faculty members and fellow students, understand the academic culture of the department, learn about various opportunities available to them, and develop a sense of belonging. Interactive activities were included to encourage communication, teamwork, confidence, participation, and healthy interaction among students.

TeachXTech - Teacher’s day and Engineer’s day Celebration

Description of the Activity : The “TeachXTech” program was organized by the Information Technology Students Association (ITSA) in the IT Department to celebrate Teachers’ Day & Engineers’ Day. The event was organized to express gratitude towards teachers for their valuable guidance, support, and contribution to students’ academic and personal development, while also recognizing the importance of engineers and their role in innovation, technology, and societal progress. On this occasion, we also inaugurated “TechnoSpark,” a technical club in the IT Department, to promote technical knowledge, innovation, creativity, and collaboration among students. The program provided an opportunity for students and faculty members to come together in a joyful and interactive environment. Through various activities, performances, and engaging sessions, the event encouraged student participation, creativity, teamwork, and communication while strengthening the bond between students and teachers.

DSY IT – Induction Program

Description of the Activity : The DSY IT – Induction Program is organized to warmly welcome the newly promoted Direct Second Year Information Technology (DSY IT) students and mark the beginning of their academic journey in the department. The event provides an opportunity for students to interact with faculty members, senior students, and classmates in a friendly and engaging environment.The function aims to familiarize students with the department's culture, academic expectations, and various extracurricular opportunities while encouraging teamwork, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Through interactive sessions, cultural performances, games, and fun activities, the event helps students build new friendships, develop communication skills, and create lasting memories.

SY IT – Induction & Freshers’ Function

Description of the Activity : The SY IT – Induction & Freshers' Function is organized to warmly welcome the newly promoted Second Year Information Technology (SY IT) students and mark the beginning of their academic journey in the department. The event provides an opportunity for students to interact with faculty members, senior students, and classmates in a friendly and engaging environment. The function aims to familiarize students with the department's culture, academic expectations, and various extracurricular opportunities while encouraging teamwork, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Overall, the induction and freshers' function serves as a platform to inspire, motivate, and strengthen the bond among students, faculty, and the department, ensuring a positive and enthusiastic start to the academic year.
