International Admissions 2026–27

International category candidates seeking admission to B.Tech programmes at PCCOER must apply through the official admission channels prescribed by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra.

Admissions are processed through the following official platforms:

• Foreign Candidate Admission Portal (Maharashtra State CET Cell) https://fn.mahacet.org
• Study in India Portal (Government of India Initiative) https://www.studyinindia.gov.in

Applicants belonging to the following categories must apply through the above portals:

• Foreign Nationals (FN)
• Overseas Citizens of India (OCI)
• Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)
• Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC)

Admissions are conducted strictly as per prevailing Government norms and AICTE regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical/Vocational subject.

Applicants must satisfy eligibility norms prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra and AICTE. Candidates from IB, A-Level, or other foreign boards may be required to obtain an equivalence certificate from the competent authority.

Additional eligibility conditions may be specified from time to time by the competent authority.

Admission Procedure

Step 1: Online Registration (Mandatory)

Applicants must register through either of the following portals:

• https://fn.mahacet.org
• https://www.studyinindia.gov.in

Fresh registration is required for each academic year.

• Select the appropriate category (FN / OCI / PIO / CIWGC)
• Fill in personal and academic details accurately
• Upload all required documents
• Follow the admission round guidelines provided on the respective portal

Step 2: Payment of Processing Fees

(Applicable for candidates applying through the Maharashtra CET Portal)

• Eligibility Fee: USD 50
• One-Time Processing Fee: USD 1,150

All fees are payable online through the authorized payment gateway and are non-refundable.

Step 3: Document Submission

Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of the following documents:

• Valid Passport
• 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
• School Leaving / Transfer Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Category Certificate (OCI/PIO/CIWGC, if applicable)
• Passport-size Photograph
• Any additional documents specified on the respective portal

Incomplete or incorrect documentation may delay the admission process.

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission

Admission will be confirmed only after:

• Seat allotment through the official admission portal
• Payment of institute fees
• Submission of original documents at PCCOER
• Completion of eligibility verification
• Visa compliance (for Foreign Nationals)
