PCCOE&R, we are committed to building strong industry-academia relationships and creating excellent career opportunities for our students. Our Training and Placement Cell continuously strives to connect with a wide range of reputed organizations across diverse sectors to facilitate meaningful placements and internships.
In the academic year 2024–25, PCCOE&R successfully conducted more than 250 recruitment drives for the graduating batch of 2025, reflecting the trust and confidence that leading companies place in our students and institution.
A key strength of our Training and Placement Cell is our dedicated team of student volunteers. Their enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment activities. Through active participation in organizing placement drives, these students develop essential professional competencies such as leadership, communication, interpersonal relations, event management, and problem-solving skills.
The experience gained through these responsibilities equips them with a strong foundation for their professional careers. As a result, many of our student volunteers demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and often progress to managerial and project leadership roles earlier than their peers.
We take pride in nurturing not only competent engineers but also future leaders who are prepared to excel in a dynamic professional environment.
