Student Development & Welfare

The Student Development & Welfare (SDW) Section at PCCOER is dedicated to the holistic development of students by complementing academic learning with opportunities for personal, professional, and social growth. Through various cells, committees, clubs, and student-led initiatives, the SDW Section promotes leadership, community service, sports, cultural activities, and skill enhancement.

Our objective is to empower students with the knowledge, values, and competencies required to excel in their careers and become responsible citizens. We encourage every student to actively participate in the diverse programs and activities designed to foster confidence, creativity, teamwork, and lifelong learning.
