Objectives and Functions

Objectives:

1. To keep constant vigilance and ensure preventive measures against the ragging as per guidelines given by UGC.

2. To insure that PCCOE&R Campus and Hostel is free of any kind of ragging.

Functions:

1. Formation of anti ragging core committee.

2. Maintaining the coordination between all the department by appointing the vigilance squad.

3. Visit to the FE Classes to create awareness among the students regarding the consequences of involvement in any type of ragging.

4. Scheduling of regular visits of squad and committee to the hostel particularly during the initial phase of FE students to curb the ragging.

5. Reporting to the concerned authority at University level as per SPPU guidelines.
