I am Aarti Sharma, student of Civil Department at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering & Research. I am placed at Quantiphi as a Business Analyst at a package of 6.5 lakhs. Being a student of PCCOE&R, I feel proud that my department and my college has always supported me to push my boundaries and learn new skills. The T&P department has helped me since S.E. to enhance my communication skills through mock GDS, personal interviews and aptitude training sessions. The various events organized in our campus has made me more confident, be it through NSS activities, Literary Club or CESA. The faculties are very motivating and encouraging. There is huge contribution of our Principal sir, Dr. H.U. Tiwari and TPO Rawandale sir for providing us with all these opportunities throughout my journey of 4 years in the college.

I am student of Civil Engineering Department from PCCOE & R passed out in 2020-21. Currently working as EXECUTIVE/PROJECTS in Torrent Gas Pune Limited.
College T&P department is working hard to get more and more industries in the college campus for placement. They really offer you large range of companies collaborating with different industries.
I received an offer from a core company which is very much valuable for students who are studying in core branches. They start training you from 2nd year for soft skills and communication skills. They really listen to the students suggestions and always try to implement them.
Apart from T&P Civil Department helped me to improve my skills and knowledge regarding the construction industry by providing number of guest lecturers from industry experts. We got the opportunity to do an internship in Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited which was very much informative and helpful for our career building. I am always thankful to our college for giving so much in my three years of college journey.

Acadaemics :
I'm doing my graduation in PCCOER College with a specialization in Civil engineering. I personally feel that the quality of teaching is quite good. The faculties are approachable and well experienced. Teachers are always fully equipped with the study plan and also they try their best to clarify any single doubt you might have.
Placements :
The quality of placement is very good but since related to Civil Engineering Stream there is quite less. The success rate of placement for other Department here varies from 80 to 90% with a average package of 4.2 lakh per annum.
College Infrastructure:
College infrastructure is average, although there is very little space to roam around outside college, classrooms are big, there are several lab rooms and attached canteen, parking space is available outside college.
Campus Life:
Almost every festival is celebrated in college and students also participate in these festivals large numbers, teachers and staffs are also very helpful, there are several societies but they are not active throughout the year.
