About chapter / club - The IGBC Student Chapter is a dynamic platform that empowers students to become future leaders in sustainable development and green building practices. Established under the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), the chapter promotes awareness, innovation, and practical learning in the fields of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, green construction, and resource conservation. Through workshops, seminars, industry interactions, site visits, competitions, and community outreach programs, students gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in sustainable building technologies. The IGBC Student Chapter fosters a culture of responsible engineering and environmental stewardship, encouraging young professionals to contribute towards creating a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.
