2. Internship
The students are encouraged to take internship program during their semester break. Faculty members give their guidelines, suggestions and scope and contact details of an internship. They also help the students by interacting with the industrial experts, provide the students recommendation letters and other necessary supports. The alumni coordinator constantly interacts with alumni those who are working in the industries and request them to provide necessary guidelines and supports for their junior’s internship.

3. WORKSHOP ON REMOTE SENSING AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENTS
Workshop Objectives:
The objectives of the workshop sessions were to enlighten the students with the latest technology Remote sensing and GIS in civil engineering branch and Development of skills, knowledge to serve civil engineering field.

Summary: Department of Civil Engineering organized a three days workshop on RS And GIS for civil engineering students About 26 students for three days workshop and +60 students for one day session from the Department of Civil Engineering from our college participated in the workshop. The Session began with a brief introduction of the resource person Mr. Sachchidanand Singh & Ms. Saloni Deshpande. Mr Sudharshan Bobade Focused on a brief overview of the importance of RS & GIS and how this latest technology is important for civil engineering field. All the sessions were simple and easy to understand. Knowledge on working and application of Remote sensing and GIS with Hands on software session were indeed a great experience to all the participants. All the students actively participated in the event to make it a grand success. At end of workshop certificate distribution for students and felicitation of resource persons was done in presence of Respected Principal Dr. Harish Tiwari.

- To provide a platform to students to enhance their interpersonal skills in the area of interest.

Over three and a half decades, Constro has created waves in domestic & international markets by setting standard specially through its R&D activities. Constro is a major interface between the users and customers on one side and the manufacturers on the other for building materials, methods and machinery under single umbrella.
For over 36 years now, PCERF is working to improve quality, knowledge, technology, research and development in the Construction Sector. PCERF is an NGO established in 1983. Eminent Civil Engineers, Architects, Designers, Consultant and Builders came together and decided to serve Construction Sector by solving day to day problem and creating awareness about new technological developments and their ground applications. For over 36 years now, PCERF is working to improve quality, knowledge, technology, research and Marketing Opportunity and development in the Construction by organising workshops, seminars, conferences and refresher courses for the gamut of personnel associated with Construction - the grass root level of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers, students, technical consultants, contractors and entrepreneurs.

5. WORKSHOP ON SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM UNDER BOARD OF STUDENT'S DEVELOPMENT
Workshop Objectives:
The objectives of the workshop sessions were to enlighten the students with the different career opportunity, latest technology demand in civil engineering branch and Development of skills, at a young age, right at the college level, is very essential to channelize them for proper job opportunities.

The presentation and interaction of the speaker was very effective, wherein he showed many related visuals effect of Building Information Modeling tools. His talk also focused on the recent industry trends in BIM engineering field. The students interacted enthusiastically and the resource person answered their queries and cleared their doubts.

Summary: Department of civil Engineering organized a one day workshop on skill development program for civil engineering students About 94 students + 20 faculties from the Department of Civil Engineering from our college and other engineering college participated in the workshop. All the sessions were simple and easy to understand. Hands on skill development session were indeed a great experience to all the participants. The sessions were handled by experts from respective area in civil engineering field. All the faculty and staff members actively participated in the event to make it a grand success.
